Most commonly used by Tradesmen or Tradies, Power Tools on worksite environments are more commonly exposed to significant wear and tear from regular use and exposure to the elements. It is important to note that any items used in the workplace should be tested, even if they are not company-owned. This includes any electrical equipment owned by a tradesmen or contactor that is brought into the workplace or site. As a general rule, equipment in the building, construction and demolition industries are required to have items tested every 3 months.
